Pripyat KindergartenThe Pripyat kindergarten school house is one of the most tragic areas of the Chernobyl area. When looking at pictures of the school house, one can feel the urgency with which the children left. Dolls can still be seen, left on bunks in the school. Papers and books can still be found scattered through out the room. Recently, the school building has been a habitat for owls and other wild life that is just now returning to the area.
